Altaca have been appointed to undertake a reconfiguration project in a private apartment for a past client. The work is to commence immediately with completion in 5 weeks.

Mosinzhstroi have awarded Altaca the contract to fit-out 2,770m2 of previously occupied space in the GIAP Office centre located on Zemlyanoy Val. The project involves 5 floors and will commence on site in the middle of January 2006. The architectural concept and design was prepared by Line Architects with Altaca being responsible for the development and design of all engineering systems.

 

20 September 2005
Deloitte have moved in today into the first phase (5th Floor) of their new offices in Romanov Dvor. Altaca have completed this phase exactly on time, in 10 weeks on site, from shell and core condition. This phase comprises 2,400 m2, the next phase which involves a further 1915 m2 is due to be handed over to the Client in early November. Altaca are responsible for all architectural and MEP design as well as the fit-out works.

Altaca have today handed over to the Anglo-American School their new Changing Room facilities that were re-configured over the School's Summer Break. The new facilities are part of the Phase III construction contract that was awarded to Altaca earlier this year. Work is due to start shortly on the construction of the Car Park, Swimming Pool Complex and Auditorium Complex which are due for completion in August 2006.

Following the completion of the fit-out of extension space in the Mokhovaya Business Centre for Deloitte earlier this year and the award to Altaca of the contract for the fit-out of Deloitte's new offices in Romanov Dvor II Altaca have been awarded the contract for the provision and installation of Audio Visual Systems (including conferencing facilities within the building and with offices elsewhere in the CIS) in both buildings. This project is very similar to that completed by Altaca for Nortel at the end of 2004 in their conference area in Nabrezhnaya Tower (Moscow City).

Bearingpoint have today commenced the move into their new offices located in the Legion Business Centre. The project, which was completed in 10 weeks from shell and core, required Altaca to undertake the space planning, interior design concept, architectural and MEP designs and IT works.

Altaca have been awarded the contract by Deloitte, following a competitive tender, for the fit-out of a total of 4,315m2 of shell and core office space located on the 4th and 5th floors of the new office development Romanov Dvor II. The first phase of the project comprising 2,400m2 is to be undertaken on a fast-track basis with the premises to be ready for occupation by the end of August. The remaining space is due for completion 5 weeks later. Altaca are responsible for all design works based on a floor plan developed by Concept Office Furniture.

Altaca have today handed over to AMD their new offices in Novinsky 31. The offices were completed in 9 weeks on a fast-track basis. The scope of work included all detailed design for architecture, MEP and IT.

Baker Hughes has taken additional space comprising 1,180m2 on the 3rd floor of Aerostar Place on Leningradsky Prospect. Altaca have been awarded the contract for the fit-out following their successful completion of two previous projects for Baker Hughes on the 4th and 5th floors of the same building 2 years ago.

The Anglo-American School has awarded an additional contract to Altaca for the installation of security barriers to the entrances to the School. These works are to be carried out during the Summer Break

Altaca today completed and handed over two apartments totaling 150m2 that have been fitted out from shell and core in a Stalin Building on the Garden Ring. The apartments, for a private client, had to be completely "gutted" and then rebuilt and contain many custom-built fixtures and fitttings.

29 April 2005
Altaca, together with their JV partner Akfen, were today awarded the contract to construct phase III of the Anglo-American School in Moscow. The project requires the construction of a competition standard Swimming Pool Complex, a 630-seat multi-purpose Auditorium Complex, a surface level Car Park and modifications to existing Changing Room facilities. The project is due to break ground in Quarter 3, 2005. Altaca had previously been awarded (in 2004) the design contract for these facilities.

Altaca have been awarded the contract to design and fit out BearingPoint's new offices located in the Legion Office Development on Bolshaya Ordynka. The scope of work includes the interior design and space planning as well as architectural and MEP designs.

Time-CC, on behalf of their client AMD, have awarded Altaca, on a negotiated basis, the contract for the fit-out of their new offices located in the Novinsky Bulvar 31 Office Complex. The project is to be completed on a fast-track basis with completion in 9 weeks.

Deloitte have awarded Altaca the contract, following a competitive tender, for the conversion / reconfiguration of a total of 960m2 of offices on the 4th floor of the Mokhovaya Business Centre. This project follows on from other work completed by Altaca for Deloitte over the past 5 years. In particular Altaca in 2000 undertook the fit-out of the Deloitte offices in the Gallery Aktor on Tverskaya.

Altaca have been appointed, following a competitive tender, to carry out the conversion of a property on Prospect Mira to a Citibank retail branch. The project is to be completed on a fast track basis with completion in 8 weeks. Altaca will be responsible for the architectural and MEP design. This is the 2nd branch that Altaca have undertaken for Citibank having completed, in 2002, Citibank's first retail branch at Paveletskaya. Altaca also completed, at the end of 2004, the reconfiguration of Citigroup's Head Office in Moscow.

The initial contract for upgrade works to Nortel's new offices in Nabrezhnaya Tower (Moscow City) has been completed. A new contract was signed today with Altaca to undertake further enhancement works to the offices.
